The OSBA is led by Small Business Advocate, NazAarah Sabree and has a staff of attorneys, legal, and clerical support staff.
The Pennsylvania Office of Small Business Advocate (OSBA) is an independent state agency that represents the interests of small business consumers with 1-250 employees in regulated utility matters before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC), federal regulatory agencies, and in state and federal courts. The OSBA was established by the Pennsylvania General Assembly in December 1988 to represent small businesses across the Commonwealth.
Our office also works directly with small businesses to assist with any questions or concerns they may be experiencing with their telecommunications, water or wastewater, gas, and electric services.
